Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the highest body of the Prize, formed by the Founders/Board of Directors of the Prize.

The Board of Trustees may include representatives from various sectors: government officials, political parties and movements, businesses, public and non-profit organizations, and the scientific and expert community.

The main functions of the Board of Trustees:

  • Approves the Prize Regulations and has the right to amend them.
  • Determines the annually rotating jury members and their work procedures.
  • Forms the nominees for the Prize.
  • Participates in organizing various events and activities held under the auspices of the Prize.
  • Provides support to competition participants.

Critical Power, Grid Infrastructure & Renewable Energy

Leonel Clemente is an operations leader focused on stabilizing, optimizing, and scaling complex manufacturing environments in critical power and grid infrastructure. He has built his career restoring execution discipline and translating engineering requirements into scalable production systems that perform under pressure.

His experience spans global, high-reliability operations and large-scale industrial transformations, driving improvements in cycle time, quality, and throughput. In the critical power sector, he has led the launch and scale-up of low- and medium-voltage switchgear operations supporting AI-driven data center infrastructure, doubling output while maintaining delivery performance.

At EMA Electromechanics, he is building a manufacturing platform to support the expansion of renewable energy and power infrastructure across the U.S.

Mr. Alok Kumar is a seasoned technocrat and international business leader with over 25 years of successful experience in fiscal management, strategic planning, and operational leadership in complex and challenging environments.
He serves as Group Chairman of AKIS Tech Ltd and holds several key international positions, including:
• President for Russia & Central Asia at the Economic Council of India
• Chairman of the Russia Chapter, IIT Alumni Council
• Honorary Board Member and Director (Russia), BRICS Chamber of Commerce & Industries

He is widely regarded as one of the most respected and results-driven business coaches in the Russian-speaking market and works with executives, founders, and leadership teams at an international level. Borys specializes in building scalable growth systems, driving strategic change that increases revenue and profitability, and designing high-performance sales and marketing systems for companies of all sizes and industries.

Each year, he delivers 150+ corporate training programs, strategic workshops, and consulting projects for executives and sales teams. Over the course of his career, tens of thousands of professionals across Russia, the CIS, Europe, and the United States have participated in his programs.

Borys Zhalilo is also the author of 11 business books and over 250 published articles on sales, negotiations, leadership, management, and business growth, widely used by executives, consultants, and trainers.

Mr. Elsarwy Osama Elsayed Mahmoud Mohamed

Mr. Elsarwy Osama Elsayed Mahmoud Mohamed

Is a professor and cultural figure of international standing, whose professional career spans art, folk culture, academia, and cultural diplomacy. He is an eminent Egyptian sculptor and visual artist. He received his foundational artistic education at Helwan University, which shaped him into a master of monumental sculpture and a recognized researcher in the field of fine arts. Over the years, he has held the positions of Associate Professor and Professor of Sculpture at leading universities in Egypt and Russia.
From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Elsarwy Osama Elsayed Mahmoud Mohamed served as Counselor to the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt and Director of the Egypt Cultural Bureau in Russia, making a significant contribution to the development of Russian-Egyptian cultural cooperation. His work was recognized with the Pushkin Medal for his substantial contribution to strengthening international relations. As a monumental
artist, he has created a remarkable number of important monuments and sculptures in Egypt, Russia, Uzbekistan, and other countries. Among his best-known works are monuments to Anton Chekhov, Dmitri Mendeleev, TahaHussein, Ibn Khaldun, Sayed Darwish, P. I. Tchaikovsky, Mahmoud Darwish, and other outstanding figures in culture, science, and public life. The geography of his works and their public significance testify to the international scope of his artistic output and his sustained professional recognition.

Mr. Elsarwy Osama Elsayed Mahmoud Mohamed is also the author of books and scholarly studies on sculpture, aesthetics, and art history, including works on modern Egyptian and Russian sculpture. His publications and research reflect deep expertise, while his teaching career and supervision of academic research demonstrate his contribution to training a new generation of artists and scholars. He is a member of professional artists’ unions in Egypt and Russia and has received numerous awards, orders, medals, and certificates of appreciation from universities, cultural centers, and public organizations.

Mr. Manish Kumar

Mr. Manish Kumar

Is an international entrepreneur and business leader with more than 22 years of experience in international trade, management, and the development of cross-border business cooperation. He is the President of the Soltex Group and plays an active role in strengthening economic ties between India and Russia. His professional interests include petrochemicals, polymers, industrial chemicals, agriculture, investment, renewable energy, and technical textiles. Since 2016, he has served as Vice Chairman of the Commission on Foreign Economic Relations with Partners in India at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and he is also Vice Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Business Alliance. Manish Kumar takes part in international delegations and business forums, contributing to the development of partnership projects and the expansion of cooperation between companies in the two countries.
