Wrestler and event organizer Ekaterina Marinenko has been appointed to the Expert Council of the international NextWave Awards. The decision was made in recognition of her innovative methodologies in event management, her contributions to optimizing business processes within the industry, and her role in shaping new standards of client service.
Ekaterina Marinenko is an internationally active live performer, wrestler, and event producer recognized for her immersive performance style, audience engagement, and contributions to the development of professional standards within the European entertainment industry.
Ekaterina has progressed from an entry-level performer to a recognized expert and organizer of her own events across EU countries. She has built a strong personal brand based on a business system centered around transparency, accountability, and effective delegation through assistants and AI-driven tools.
“My role as a council member is to shift the focus toward systematic analytics and to demonstrate how to build long-term relationships with audiences, improve conversion through clear communication, and why clients should receive 100% reliability—not just эмоции,” commented Ekaterina Marinenko.
Her areas of expertise within the council include implementing multi-level management systems, standardizing the client journey through automated calendars and a deposit-based verification system, as well as developing methodologies to increase daily session capacity from 1–3 to up to 9 without compromising quality.
Throughout her career in the industry, Marinenko has organized three events in Prague in collaboration with producer CzechAmazon. She has also served as a coach to industry peers on positioning strategies and conversion optimization.
